Q. IS IT BETTER TO REPLACE OR REPAIR A HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE?

A. An older appliance in a home will lead to two choices. You can schedule professional appliance repair in an attempt to save money and keep using your current oven, refrigerator, dishwasher or dryer or washer or replace the old appliance with a brand new model.

Appliances come with an expected lifetime. If the broken home appliance is within the beginning or middle part of that average lifetime, we encourage scheduling our appliance repair company. Q. IS THERE A SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. Companies provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for the repairman to arrive at your residence. Technicians know how important their customer’s time is and do their best to arrive during the early portion of the timeframe. But, if a previous repair or appointment goes longer than thought it would, this allows the technician a little time to be able to still arrive on time during the service window.
